β CARETAKER AND LIFELINE | Washing up on the beach ended with someone finding him, a doctor from the local town which hadn't been far from where it happened. Though since Jiao doesn't remember a single thing he's been staying with him ever since. Then they moved to Colorado. so really his personality can be whatever the person who takes him wants him to be. As long as he's not a pure jerk but he wouldn't be.
