PUREBLOOD, alastor rhiel

Born in the fall to Hanna, and Amos Rhiel. His life, for the most part, has been comfortable. Considering his status as a pureblood, since he was old enough to speak Alastor has been taught the ways of his kind, and the formalities that come along with being among the very few within his own race. Well mannered, and well educated, he had privileges that none his age could even dream of possessing -and for that he is very grateful to his parents.

Unlike his parents, many of his distant relatives are monarchy supporters, creating a great separation between them and his immediate family. Due to this he has only been in contact with his other relatives during special occasions, such as holidays or birthday parties. Little did he know however, that his parents used to support the monarchy as well, though things changed when Alastor was born. The monarchy, after being abolished for quite sometime, seemed pointless for them to fight for, especially now that they had a child to protect. So, they cut ties with many of these relatives and old friends that held on to such old ideas. However, this was seen as a form of betrayal to many of them that were passionate about their opinions.

Among those few that were very die hard about their beliefs, they conspired with one another and conceived a plan to overthrow Hanna and Amos from being in the public eye. Since the two began to favor human and vampire bonds, it was seen as too far. Rumors were spread to devalue their opinions and beliefs, hoping to make Alastor's parents to be seen as hypocrites and liars. After the rumors took a dark turn, with accusations of human trafficking in the air, the hunters association sent out a warrant for the arrest of his parents. However, rogue hunters that had caught whiff of the rumors sooner, took it upon themselves to act first.

These hunters went after Alastor and his parents, although despite their untimely visit, Hanna and Amon had already took it upon themselves to disappear into hiding days before. They had left Alastor for reasons he still doesn't know to this day, and because he was the heir to their clan, the rogues took him to testify on his parents behalf. After much miscommunication and strife, he made a point that his parents were innocent, and pleaded for the opportunity to prove that his family had no intention of disobeying the rules from the start. As the head of his family, and with his parents still MIA, he communicated with the founder of Arden Academy that he would help support and maintain the school in an attempt to clear his parents name.

In the meantime he attends school at Arden, monitoring the vampires there, while at the same time doing all of what he can to bring his parents back to him.

Telekinesis - He possesses the ability to manipulate existing matter. The applications that this can be used are: to grab, push, pull, break, compress or throw objects. To utilize this appropriately properly he requires his sense of sight, otherwise it will not be refined and he cannot manipulate one particular object at a time -unless it be something that he is already physically touching (therefore allowing him some form of spacial awareness to where the object is).

Note: Since the event of his capture and misunderstood trial between the hunters and the association, Alastor has developed a different opinion towards the hunters and their association as a whole. He isn't necessarily a full blown monarchy supporter, but because of their mistakes and imperfections within the hunter's system, he now strongly believes that they should not be responsible of handling vampire diplomacy and politics. Essentially he believes that the hunters have too much of a bias and racial ignorance to try and control a group they have been at odds with for centuries. Though this goes both ways as well: He doesn't think that vampires should have a right to control the hunters either, and that both parties should -not necessarily become entirely separate, but- that each group should govern itself. In this way, he thinks that they would be able to work more civil together.
