NOBLE, haruka toujou

Haruka was born to the noble family of the Toujou family, an ancient line of noble vampires. Her mother however, come from a different clan of slightly lesser heritage. In fact, rumors have it that one of her ancestors is a C or even D rank vampire. Even still, they were allowed to be married. This was because her mother was a Gremory and had particularly a strong ability: raw energy manipulation.

Few known fact about the Toujou Clan ::

• Though based in Japan, they have branches over the world. Most in other asian countries. They were originally from China.
• Their powers tend to be varied,but tend to be quiet powerful. However, sometimes it could be unstable if not in control.
• Toujou means "Castle", this isn't named because they live in a grand place. But measures their wealth, influence, and power. In fact, her grandfather is part of the Vampire Council.
• Tends to be stubborn and firm in their customs and ways

Now onto the Gremory Clan (Haruka's mother clan) ::

• Considered to be tricksters and playful.
• Considered devils by humans in ancient times
• Known for having "magical" like powers
• Known for their affectionation and loyalty

The Toujou family is one of the eldest Asian vampire clans, enough to date back when people counted time. Despite their distant and solitude nature by glance. In fact, in the ancient times they helped protect humans from other vampires. However, they aren't particular happy of mixing of lower classes and stuff. They and the Gremory were common in a few things: peace for vampire/human kind and a desire not to depend on human blood.

Haruka is the second child of three children. Her oldest brother was her favorite sibling. They were particulary close. While the other clans were a bit frusterated from Haru's weak personality, Her brother said she needed time to mature and grow. He also said she just need confidence in herself.

However, one day, her eldest brother went missing. He was the clan heir. At the time, he was missing when she was 10. Now, the clan decided it was time for Haruka to shape up. They began training her mentally, physically, and emotionally. She excelled in the studies, hoping to use the family influence to find her brother. However, she still kept her gentle and laidback personaltiy (much to the family ire).

So when the family heard of a certain Academy. They shipped the reluctant heiress to the Academy. Hopefully , they wished, she grew a backbone and start to believe in herself.

Sound Manipulation -- The ability to use sound itself as a tool to aide her. The user can create, shape and manipulate sound, a periodic disturbance of the medium that radiates outward in straight lines in the form of a pressure wave. The effect these waves produce upon the ear is perceived as sound. From the point of view of physics, sound is considered to be the waves of vibratory motion themselves, whether or not they are heard by the human ear.

User can mimic, intensify, hush, and distort, as well warp, strengthen, echo, speed up, and slow down sound, using it as a powerful physical force and high-speed movement. At low frequencies, sound is potentially dangerous to living beings by causing internal damage, while high frequencies cannot be heard by normal humans but can be used for sonar-like effects. Since sound vibrations can travel through the air, ground, water and any form of medium, defense by using physical barriers is difficult. The vibrations can also affect at a molecular level.

It can also be used to manipulating other ways. Like sonic flight, using sound to propel self and air dashing by releasing sound waves as propulsion force. She also got some supplementary abilities. She can cast hypnotic effects that seem like illusions and even put people to sleep. Her "music" can also impact on emotions and smooth people or slightly alter their emotions, like induce rage.

However, despite all this power.It got some costs. She must be able to create sound to use this ability. Sound also requires a medium to travel through, whether air, ground, water, or something else. To use most of these abilities, one must have a focused and clear mind. Also, if you somehow find a way, you can null the sound. Thus getting rid of the danger.
